Googleさんからメールの返信がやってきた

「投稿時に文字認証が出てきて困るよ～」って送った内容についての返信が返ってきた。

I am using Japanese for the language and a browser is FireFox2 usually.

Has already been read
"Why do I have word verification on my posting form?.." .
However, "Remove word verification" is not displayed though "?" button was submitted like the explanation.

It did not go well though "The cash of a browser was deleted and the cookie was deleted" that was the method that had referred in "Other users are saying" was done.

How can I see "Remove word verification"?
